I had never had CACI before but Ails recommended a one off visit first and really put me at ease and explained how it all worked well. I enjoyed the treatment and felt the benefits afterwards. I am now having a course of treatments.
I am nearly half way through a course of CACI facials and can really see a difference. Ails has been extremely thorough, concentrating on areas that I was concerned about. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious and I would highly recommend her.

Gave great advice & recommendations on how often should have treatment to see effects
The room was a bit clinical and bright from what I’m used to when having a facial /massage and prefer spa like space.
It would have been nice to have some quiet music on on the background.
