Andy was lovely but I had someone else at the start who removed my acrylics - unfortunately while using the electric nail file she injured my finger (split my cuticle). Even though it was bleeding she didn’t acknowledgement it or apologise. It’s still very sore 2 days later. She also didn’t put on enough removal solution so the whole process had to be repeated. The treatment took 1.5 hours and it should be 45 minutes
