I went for a reiki treatment to help with fatigue. I was unfamiliar with reiki but Douglas explained it really well, made sure I was comfortable at every stage. He was respectful and gentle and the space felt very safe. I will go back for another treatment!

I initially went to Douglas for a frozen shoulder and he was amazing! My shoulders are all better now and recently I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and I had a 1 1/2 hour session with Douglas for massage and reflexology. I could hardly walk when I went in, and the relief afterwards was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Douglas, it is money well spent in my opinion.
