I did not score too high as I have not had the HIFU facial yet. I booked an appointment with Jo to have a test and to go through a questionnaire. She was so kind, thorough and caring. She made me feel very confident to book the HIFU and gave really good information about it, such as the procedure itself and aftercare. I am having my appointment next week with Jo. She deserves 10 stars!
