We had facials so couldn’t answer the neck back and shoulders question! The hotel was sparse and lacked atmosphere. Therapist was nice but the cream tea was odd as it was in an enormous room with just our table and they gave me vegan instead of vegetarian. £12.50 for two scones and a pot of tea was too expensive. In all it was a surreal experience in a hotel that looked like a scene from an zombie apocalypse!

Absolutely perfect facial, the therapist was brilliant and lovely facilities, the scones and tea we're great and wonderful service too. Only down side was the unfinished looking car park and outside of the building looked run down and dirty. The inside of the hotel and spa is completely different!
