The venue is pleasant and clean if lacking in a little atmosphere. The therapy room was comfortable, clean and tastefully illuminated.
The spa was lovely. Was not a fan of my nails TBH - not done very well sorry Jordan.
I personally had Gina who was fantastic, applied a good pressure and paid attention to my more tense spots in my shoulders.
I thought it had a swimming pool but was mistaken.
I was disappointed I didn't have a back massage due to medical reasons their policy didn't accept this .
I felt her attitude towards me wasn't very professional .
The head massage and facial were generally pleasant although
I felt the therapist could have been more gentle when repositioning my neck she didn't explain but just moved my head position and didn't ask me if I felt comfortable
A great experience, shared with friends. Good value for money. Came away feeling relaxed and ready to face the world.Will definitely return soon.
