Nice woman but I booked highlights and she did a full bleach instead due to misunderstanding what I wanted and not believing my hair was originally highlighted. She did offer to fix it but after 3.5 hours in the chair I was over it and I was not confident she would understand what I wanted from the fix. The hair treatment was pretty good, despite all the bleach my roots feel pretty soft so it was a mixed experience. However I won’t be returning.

Maryam out of wax beads twice and had to buy some mid treatment. As she is a nice lady I did not say anything and showed patience and grace. The next day I noted so much left over hair and my appointment lasted 2 hours when I booked a 10-11:15 slot! I messaged the lady with proof of the amount of hair she left and she offered for me to go back, but I’m not comfortable now. As she then proceeded to say how the price I paid was wrong but she “did it for me“ as she didn’t update treatwell

Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience, she is a nice lady but my daughter left with her whole back completely wet. I had to go home and change her clothes straight after, I didn't think the set up was right for a child's cut
