Knows his stuff. Identified a the problem and dealt with it. Sore the next day as he explained I would be, and the back pain I've been getting is much lesser.

Visited Joe after a 30km run, was very attentive and came away feeling very good. Usually achey the next day but felt very fresh. Looking forward to going in again
