Both my girls were welcomed and spoken to with a calm and caring nature, giving them a voice allowing them discuss how they wanted their hair cuts. Calm clear instructions were given and regular check ins through the hair cuts asking questions like is this how you want it, are you happy with that. They both came out of the salon with big smiles.
