Treatwell fail. Booked treatment, then contacted by proprietor by email to say she wasn’t working through Treatwell anymore. No idea whose fault that is, but I know I paid up front in good faith. Proprietor not helpful or apologetic. I’d be mortified if someone had paid me £75 for something that I had no intention of doing, but apparently that’s just me. My last time using Treatwell as it’s utterly appalling to take money up front from people for treatments that can’t be delivered
