Karen was great and achieved a great result going from an ombre with dark roots to an all over gorgeous blonde with a full head of highlights. The treatment took 4 hours but I was made to feel comfortable throughout and it was a busy day for them with it being New Year's Eve. I saw lots of ladies have their hair done by Ebony and they all turned out fantastic!
