ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I went in a few weeks ago to have my nails done and from start to finish, it was dreadful - I wish I hadn't bothered. For £30, the set of nails and injury that I received (yes, she chopped off the top of my finger skin...) was not what I expected. I complained to the salon and was just fobbed off, they don't care. If you need your nails doing, don't book here - I'd recommend Nail Kitchen in Didsbury. Nicer environment, cheaper and their gel nails last and actually look good!
