Ruqiah was brilliant at explaining the process and preparation required before the laser treatment.
Her excellent attention to detail allows for thorough hair removal. She made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing which helped me understand the process.
I have already recommended her to my friends and will continue to do so.

Absolutely amazing environment as soon as I walked in the receptionist was amazing and so so lovely, offered me hot drinks and had a lovely chat, Gwen was amazing too she was so welcoming I suffer with anxiety snd she made me feel so at ease and comfortable the hot stone massage was UNREAL and the salon was so clean and you felt so at ease and not like you’re being judged while in there, such an amazing place can’t wait to return
