We did a trial as my skin is sensitive, it went a bit red for a couple of days but didn't really hurt and didn't scab over so I've booked treatment for later this week

Cold water when washing hair. Hairdryer far too hot on scalp/ hair at times. Stylist unable to blow dry hair by hand and rollers used instead. Style fell out very quickly.
