A very nice lady but not the best stylist. She tried her best . It wasn't exactly what I asked for but it will do. She is not confident and took a long time. When she first said she had done my sister had to point out that there was no layers. I specifically stated that it needs to have layers. She was as very polite but I'm sorry I won't be returning.
