Booked last minute so lovely to get an appointment first thing on Saturday. Warm hospitality, although no obvious check in desk a friendly team. Hopefully venue will add some artwork for interest, maybe a massage chair to sit in for pedicure and would have been good to have a brief consultation before starting to check skin sensitivity and contraindications. Fatima picked out a dream colour for me and my feet are ready for summer.
