Generally good experience, lovely lady, very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Missed a bit under one armpit which was annoying as realised once I was home, think they may need to improve lighting in there.

Hard to find downstairs within the hotel's gym as you need gym access card to enter unless the therapist is standing waiting for you. The waxing was well done and as painless as can be expected but something reacted badly with me. I didn't notice the after care gel that was applied but suspect that was it - had about 50whiteheads down there for a week. Ugly and very painful! Returned to my old place that applies a lavender aftercare product which seems to give me no adverse reaction. Therapist was very friendly and skilled so hence not worse rating.
