My appointment was 15 minutes late. Apart from Ramona the team appeared very tired and there was a lack of energy! Also require more colour options for nails and a more spacious area to sit further from the chill of the door

Lash lift looks good left a lot of tint around eyes after treatment and previously I have been given hand massage while waiting for lift to take which helps occupy your mind this didn’t happen this time and the therapist left the room a lot

Really enjoyed my manicure and the atmosphere & staff are lovely, but the gel started peeling within a few days. A week after it came off a few nails completely. Also the cuticles were not pushed back/removed properly.
