I didn't get my Gel Manicure after my removal as my nails have been so weakened by Gel that I started bleeding and I've been wearing plasters on all my nails for the last two weeks now. Rose was trying to be as delicate as possible, and she was lovely but still ended up coming out of the salon in pain. As I didn't get the treatment I've asked for some sort or refund or small compensation, and they left me with "we'll call Treatwell" and I never heard anything back. So I'm disappointed (and still in pain) . Ladies be careful while doing Gel, it does damaged your nails a lot but nobody will actually tell you!!
