Won't be going back. I got a gel manicure 2 weeks ago and was left unhappy with the service - they don't remove cuticles properly and the whole treatment lasted less than 20 minutes. I was then told by the manicurist that I could come back for a free soak off, which I did. Getting there, I was told that was not the case and had to pay. Confusing, unfriendly place. Too bad, I live next door and was looking for a salon nearby.

Wonky nails and didn’t manicure properly. Also left a huge gap between colour and my cuticle so already looks like they have grown out. Won’t return.
