Have had this treatment (LVL) twice and it’s been good but this time I couldn’t even see a difference in my lashes. The eyebrow and lash tint (upper lash tint is normally part of LvL) was terrible. My eyebrows looked like weird slugs and when I asked if she could shape them she looked at me like I was crazy. I’ve now been scrubbing them for 4 days. She was also baffled when I said are you going to tint my bottom lashes... who has ever been for a lash tint and not had both sets of lashes tinted?? And she only wanted to leave the dye on for 2 minutes. Hands down THE WORST experience I’ve had here and not cheap in the slightest. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
