Got tested in advance for the bleach allergy and still got a pretty gross reaction - my head skin hurt, suppurated and flaked off afterwards, and the colour was not the one I wanted as I could not stand bleaching long enough. The staff is nice and friendly, but overall it was a painful experience. Re the price note that for colouring you book bleaching (=colouring) + toning + blow dry

Always a pleasure to be back there, and saved my Christmas festivities. Loved my hair straight but with volume and the wax was almost painless. Highly recommended.
