I had a manicure. Poor choice of colours, not very relaxing experience, it felt rushed, the lady was standing up as if about to leave do something else whilst applying my top coat. The result was not great as the top coat was old and created bubbles on my nails, my nail polish has already chipped off and I got this done 2 days ago. I usually have a fantastic experience at this salon but my usual therapist was not here sadly:(

Nail artist dropped a nail tool on the ground before proceeding to use it on my my toenails. Was rough handling my feet which hurt. Pedicure was done with me resting my feet on nail artists thighs, seemed unprofessional and a little uncomfortable. Soak off took 3 attempts to do. Child running around the salon during whole visit.
