I booked a gel removal and a normal manicure. Not all the gel came off after the soaking but instead of re-soaking my nails the woman scraped it off which damaged my nails. During the manicure the woman put acetone to remove oil from my nails( I do not have a problem with this) but she started putting it over my fingers which dried them out. The manicure did not include a small hand massage nor was I offered hand cream so I was left with very dry hands. Less than 24 hours of getting my nails done they began to chip too
