I booked a gel removal and a normal manicure. Not all the gel came off after the soaking but instead of re-soaking my nails the woman scraped it off which damaged my nails. During the manicure the woman put acetone to remove oil from my nails( I do not have a problem with this) but she started putting it over my fingers which dried them out. The manicure did not include a small hand massage nor was I offered hand cream so I was left with very dry hands. Less than 24 hours of getting my nails done they began to chip too

Lovely staff and my hair looks ace, just disappointing that the description of services wasn’t accurate so what I selected vs what I wanted meant I was left handing more money over at the til after pre paying on Treatwell
