I’m sure this place is amazing, but I can’t bring myself to write a lot of positive things about it.
The pros
It was clean, they seemed professional enough and my appointment was quick. The lady at the front desk was polite and offered me water when I showed up too early for my appointment.
The cons.
They were late, my beautician barely spoke to me, which I found uncomfortable, and I’ve ended up with massive red patches under my arms because she used hot wax under my arms.
In saying that, there was nothing wrong with the service I received, but I won’t be going back because the service itself didn’t feel overly welcoming. I’m also used to getting sugar wax under my arms, so was very surprised with the hot wax and even more surprised with how awful they look a few hours later with the red blotches and patches of skin missing.
I wouldn’t recommend their waxing for sensitive skin.
