This was my first LVL treatment. I appreciated the way Jade talked me through the process. However, a couple of my (end) lashes were left out in the process and one particularly sticking out. Unfortunately, this couldn’t be rectified, to which she apologised. Nonetheless, my lashes are pretty. Thank you!
