The therapist was thorough but didn’t speak at all which might suit a lot of people but even a sentence or 2 would be nice. I have to say though one of the least painful waxes I’ve ever had so really good and I suppose that’s the main thing. The actually main issue I had was the plastic covering on the bed. It really put me off and didn’t feel nice underneath, to the point that i would hesitate booking again cause of it.
