Jacqui created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. She professionally assessed my suitability, answered my questions, and tested the numbing cream. The before and after photos of previous clients showed real results. Jacqui reassured me she could stop the procedure or apply more numbing cream if needed. The initial zap was a strange sensation, but afterward, I felt fine, with a pain rating 2/10. (Individual pain tolerance may vary and painkillers can help manage any discomfort.)
