Second time here. I attended for gel polish removal - I didn't realise that BIAB removal was different but after discussion with the therapist we decided to go ahead. However after a sore sensation we realised she'd filed down to the nail bed on one nail :( she commented the previous therapist must have filed my nails down a lot - I definitely don't remember this, but I appreciate it was my fault for not appreciating the difference in treatments. Otherwise ok apart from my crying baby :(
