Naomi is honestly amazing. I have had x2 sessions of tattoo removal now and after the first she gave me numbing cream to take home with me for the 2nd to put on prior to the next for more numbing. She deeply cares about the healing process and even checks in with how it’s doing after the session. I was nervous about the 2nd session as the first session was a bit painful but because of the numbing cream she gave me to put on before the session I literally didn’t feel a thing! She’s brilliant.
