Lovely person, very clean and hygienic, and the cuticle work was good. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the finished nails. They were bulky, the tips curved upwards, and the overall finish looked nothing like my inspiration photo. I raised my concerns afterwards. A redo was offered, but due to my wedding I couldn’t return, and my request for even a partial refund was declined. Sadly I’ll now have to pay someone else to redo them.
