I attended your salon for a pre-booked SNS manicure via Treatwell. On arrival, I was told SNS was no longer offered and my appointment should have been cancelled. The technician was unfamiliar with the process, and the manicure was uneven, bumpy and poorly finished. I had it removed within two hours at another salon, where they confirmed it had been done badly. I wasted most of my Saturday resolving this and would like to request a full refund.
