The whole experience was perfect. Complimentary drink and biscuits was a nice touch, and the vibe inside the salon was super relaxing. Michael's (I believe that was his name!) attention to detail on my nails was great, and it exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be returning - thank you.

My nails turned out fine, but I've had better results elsewhere. The armpit wax was quite painful, and felt rushed. Despite these issues, I'd still consider going back, hoping for a smoother experience next time.
