The therapist was very attentive and explained very well what she thought was best for me. It was more of a bespoke experience than a mere classic facial.

Heven is fantastic! Note that she assessed my skin and advised that even though I booked for dermaplaning, it would be detrimental to my skin (sensitive, a little blemished) rather than beneficial. I am so thankful for her honesty & professionalism.
