I came to Danielle with an issue regarding my right arm. I was struggling with an injury I had for over 2 months and it wasn't healing so decided to give myofascial release a try. Danielle was lovely, she was really welcoming and did a thorough assessment of my arm, I could tell she really knew what she was doing. Once treatment began, I can honestly say Danielle really has strong hands! The therapy was deep and effective and at the end of the first session it already felt so much better. So I came again, and after a second treatment, the my arm was almost fully recovered, and Danielle gave me great advice on exercices I could do to improve it further. Experience was so good, I've now gone to Danielle to help with my back and shoulder pain. Couldn't recommend enough!

Danielle is an extremely experienced and friendly therapists. Having previously seen various therapists for my knee injury, this has by far been the most helpful treatment in getting me back to my normal fitness routine. Within just 3 sessions, I have already seen great improvement! Would definately recommend.

I would not call this treatments a Deep Tissue Massage. It is more of a manual physio therapy which was not what I was looking for. The therapist worked on my pain areas only which of course good to do but again - far from what I imagine should be a massage. If I knew this, I would not go as I have a physiotherapy covered by my insurance in a specific clinic whilst what I was looking for my own money was a massage! Anyway, she is capable to release the sore muscles and relief the pain if you need to.
