The removal of overgrown lashes were manual not with solution, Toma pulled my lashes a few times when doing so. Upon completion, the lashes looked ok, not the neatest.
Please wear gloves when working with clients face & their lashes. Also don’t touch the lash brush on the brush part with your bare hands!
The toilet wasn’t very clean and please stop - using a cotton hand towel hung on a rail, it’s very unpleasant for clients to have wipe their hands on a damp towel and it’s not hygienic
