Unfortunately my hairdresser didn’t speak much English so there was a lack of communication on what I wanted. My hair literally looked exactly the same and nothing was done after I explained what I wanted. As well as a very poor haircut it was not blowdried to a standard I would expect either and just not an experience I would go back to I’m afraid.

Really great experience with Kristina, who really listened to what I wanted and gave me some good tips for aftercare. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience.
