I asked for half head highlights and now I have almost all of my head blonde. Half of the head is much lighter and the strands of hair are not equal. The hair looks unaesthetic and the transition from the dark brown root to the blonde is like a line...it's not ombre. I want to specify that I had highlights done a year ago, so I expected it to be a little more blond at the ends but not the whole head. The lady was very friendly but it's not about this. Now I have to spend more money to fix this.
