I had the best haircut by Debbie I believe her name was. Such a pleasant experience.
Shame the nail lady next to her wasn't as pleasant & very unhelpful.

I had not tried the machine before and so was a little sceptical under Asta talked me through the whole process explaining everything in detail and then starting the process which went beyond my expectations. I felt that particular attention was paid to the areas that I expressed a concern which was perfect. I feel so confident with the experience that I will be booking again.

Fozia herself was very nice. I did state I was happy upon leaving, however, I was very upset and just wanted to leave. It was explained my colour wouldn’t be even due to home colouring failures But regardless, I now have very unnatural stripey and thick highlights that I am now paying to fix. I was also treated with olaplex, which I was assured would stop all breakage and some of my hair snapped off in the salon. I wish I would have been warned as this was a shock and never happened to me before
