I have not had Nikki before, but she listened to my needs, attended deftly and neatly and suggested how best to proceed. The result was neat and just what I wanted. She was a pleasant and clearly skilled hairdresser. A very comfortable experience, even though on this occasion I had not booked in advance. Thankyou very much
