The staff welcomed me warmly, by name, as I arrived. Louise, the stylist, invited me to take a seat. She waited while I took off my glasses and took out my hearing aids, and asked what sort of haircut I wanted. She worked quickly, but without hurry, and made sure I was happy with the result.
