The staff welcomed me warmly, by name, as I arrived. Louise, the stylist, invited me to take a seat. She waited while I took off my glasses and took out my hearing aids, and asked what sort of haircut I wanted.
She worked quickly, but without hurry, and made sure I was happy with the result.

Louise was very accommodating when my little boy wasn’t happy to have his hair cut to begin with! We all tried different tactics and briberies but decided coming back later in the day would be better for him! Thank you so much!
