My bottom lash’s got stuck to the lift, making them look very confused. I also think the rod was too small making them sit straight up almost. I was left alone a lot and just told to wait without clarifying how long. Plus glue got absolutely everywhere around and in my eyes. Overall wouldn’t recommend or return for eyelashes. My eyebrows were good, lifted the skin a little, I do use eye cream retinal so not particularly their problem. However I wish she’d asked what I wanted shape wise

Result was good but I’m really worried that when putting wax, pulling it off in intimate areas is carried out by blowing on the wax multiple times and the skin. This is surely not safe and un hygienic. - I asked a few times for her to stop blowing (officiously from her mouth and close to my skin) but it happened a lot.

Paid £15 for 15 mins Mens back wax. When I got there was told it was only for half a back. Firstly how ridiculous who walks round with just half a back waxed and secondly it didn't say half back wax. They explained it was a mistake by their manager yet I'm still to pay double. We're not the smartest so couldn't explain that I had paid for 15 minutes. Hope back only took 10 mins. DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY RIP YOU OFF.
