After suffering with lower back pain I visited the salon for a Sports Massage and I can honestly say that this was the best decision I have ever made. I could feel an improvement straight away. Thank you Tracy you really do have healing hands. Will definitely be back to see you.
I have been visiting this salon for all my holistic and beauty needs for over 2 years now. Tracy is dedicated to her job and goes above and beyond for all her customers. When booking either through wahanda or just in the salon the price is always very reasonable and you get brilliant value for money. Lots more salons in the area are far more expensive for treatments which just aren't as good. I have had many different treatments here, I like to book as a treat for myself! Tracy is very reliable, I have been late a few times and she has always fitted me in as I know some salons would just automatically cancel your appointment! The treatments I have had range from gel nails, acrylic nails, waxing, full body massage, head massage. I've always been really pleased with the results! My favourite is full body massage, I'd recommend that to everyone! It's a must when you visit this salon. I would reccomend all my friends and family to this salon, I'm actually going to buy some gift vouchers which are available to give to relatives this Christmas time :)
I booked a one and a half hour pamper package with a facial, eyelash and brow tint and manicure.
I was out the door within the hour!
When I arrived at the salon the lady did not know what I was booked in for?
The facial really only consisted of removing my make up and a facial scrub prior to the tints being put on. I guess overall very disappointed as it was the facial I was looking forward to. I had smudged the nail polish before I got home as there is no polish dryer so they were still wet when I got the car keys from my bag.
They lady was pleasant but not sure if I just caught her on a bad day as it felt like she had other things she would rather be doing. Sorry but based on this experience I would not visit again. I get very little 'ME' time with kids and work so I look forward to the odd pamper treat and overall I just felt very disappointed.
