I had an amazing massage with Lucinda. She took time to listen to my concerns with my tight shoulders and applied a firm pressure (at my request). As well as working on lots of stubborn knots in my back and shoulders, the massage felt relaxing and I walked out feeling great.
Lucinda also took the time to send me a video of stretches to help ease some of the tension I carry too - bonus!
I'll definitely be back again soon, thank you Lucinda.
