Lucinda gave an excellent sports massage and loosened muscles I didn’t even know were tight. She was consistent in keeping the pressure deep so that my muscles got broken up rather than just tickled. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Being qualified as a therapist for almost 10 years, I have gained much additional knowledge and experience from developing my professional skills in different salons and health spas in the past. I have a FdSC degree awarded by the University of Surrey along with a VTCT diploma in Complementary Therapies as well as BTEC in Beauty Therapy Sciences. I carry out my treatments with a very holistic approach as a complementary therapist. This helps me give the best possible treatments to my clients by making them very personalised, which is essential. I am passionate about health, fitness and nutrition. I believe having a holistic treatment; even every now and then, makes a real difference to how you feel inside and out by improving your physical and emotional well-being.
