My friend and I travelled from Newcastle for a weekend break. We found the whole experience very relaxing and the staff very friendly and attentive.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. When we asked about skin products they recommended products they did not sell and advised how we could get them - which was a refreshing change from the hard sell!
Being a massage therapist myself I rarely find a truly satisfying massage so I was delighted and surprised to find one of the best massages I'd had in a very long time here. I felt so deeply relaxed and calm at the end of my time in the spa and after my massage session that I felt as though I had been on holiday and was ready to face the world again! The pool area and changing rooms are not luxurious but the sauna and steam rooms are excellent however, the staff at Divine Shine are so friendly and welcoming and the therapy rooms are very beautiful and comfortable that it definitely made up for it. So all in all, I can thoroughly recommend them and will certainly be visiting them as often as I can.
Friendly staffm offered drink on arrival. Gave full time for treatment and relaxing room for the pedicure. Good value for money
