I had a wonderful 40 mins in the Spa Capsule with infra red lighting, I was not sure what to expect initally, but the warm bed and the feeling of being cocooned in heat and light was amazing! Ewa turned the lights off in the room, and even though I did not feel too sleepy initally, by the end of the treatment I felt completely relaxed and had a great night's sleep after the treatment! Would definitely have this again as it is just time to yourself to empty your head, and completely relax!
