Had a lovely haircut here. The customer service was excellent. Stylist was very friendly, polite, attentive and helpful with suggestions. The haircut itself was very professional. While I was there a customer came in with a colour query and both the stylist and owner gave her honest advice (that it wasn’t going to work on her hair type) even though it cost them the sale, which is very professional. Also, I was charged a little bit extra at checkout in error (which I didn’t really notice) and the owner called the following day asking to give me a refund. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely salon and welcoming therapist. My main issue was with the facial itself. I booked and paid for an hour but it finished within 45 minutes. I’d been left at that point to get ready when I checked the time and you can’t really add to a facial once it’s done. Left feeling a bit short changed really. It was great otherwise but not sure I’ll book again.

Georgia was really friendly and after listening to my requirements (easy to maintain, able to tie up) suggested a cut which looked great and has proved practical. I'd like to know the product she put in at the end as I normally find having my hair down rather irritating but that definitely made it easier to wear it loose for the rest of the day! Thank you.

I got the classic Environ facial. While Rakhee was really good, I felt the salon was a bit dated and could be cleaned a bit better. The sheets and towels were stained.

Was told if I want it toned I would have to pay extra and that my hair doesn’t classify as medium to long, it’s extra long?? My hair goes to the bottom of my bra strap
