After my waxing appointment which went very well, the lovely lady offered to continue with a pedicure which she told me would be £20, the very reason why I agreed to it as that price beats the one from my regular Nail salon. I had shellac nails on and wanted the same again, only renewed which she never said at any point would be more expensive or a different price. The employee was left on her own but her boss had left a note with the price (£40) for her to know how much to charge me. This was only said to me at the very end upon paying. I wanted more explaination but the employee, though lovely did not speak much english and her boss was absent. Not wanting to cause a scene I paid and left but I am very shocked and upset by the lack of professionalism and overall sketchiness of the place.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning for all future treatments. 5 star service!

Very nice lady did a good removing hair, and results were good, no complaints. However only a 3 as it took almost 1 hour (my usual place is no more than 20-30 mins). Hollywood wax is never a nice experience and it felt like it went on forever...
